No surprises on the day
- Load size. Every delivery is a full tanker load of 6,000 or 10,000 litres. Smaller amounts are charged as a full load, because the trip and the driver's time cost the same.
- Where you are. Inside the Mangawhai area there is no distance charge. Outside it, $3.50 per km (ex GST) is added for the return trip from 767c Kaiwaka Mangawhai Road.
- The day. Weekend deliveries carry a $100 call-out fee and public holidays $150.
- Access. If your tank is more than 50 metres from the truck and we were not told in advance, a call-out fee may apply when we cannot supply.
- Cancellations. Cancel with at least 48 hours notice by phone and email, or the full delivery is charged.
