New build fills are quoted, not booked online. Contact us with the details and we will give you a set price.
For reference
Our standard one-off delivery prices are $235 incl GST for 6,000 litres and $345 incl GST for 10,000 litres inside the Mangawhai area, with a per km charge outside it. The new build price is set separately when we quote.
Quote, schedule, fill
Where there is no reasonable access, or we have not been told about it before delivery, we take no liability for damage caused during delivery. A quick check of the site saves trouble on the day.

Check the access
Make sure the truck can get within 50 metres of the tank, with 3 metres of clear height and width.

Tanks filled
We fill the tanks before move-in. Tell us about site gates, codes and where the tanks sit.
We offer new builds and contractors a set price to get the tanks full before moving in. It depends on the size and number of tanks, so contact us for a quote.
Most standard concrete and plastic tanks are 24,000, 25,000 or 30,000 litres. Our loads are 6,000 or 10,000 litres, so filling a tank from empty takes several loads. More on this in what size is my water tank.
Driveway access 3 metres tall by 3 metres wide, and the tank within 50 metres of where the truck can park. If the truck would have to drive into a paddock or onto grass you would not take your own vehicle on, tell us beforehand so we can plan another way in.
We recommend cleaning tanks before filling. If there is building dust or debris in the tank, talk to us about tank cleaning first.
